  • I have been frantically looking at bathrooms as we are about to have our downstairs refurbish. So I am slightly frazzled. Yes, even yoga teachers can loose some sleep. I mean, how many versions of a toilet does mankind need?

Anyway, my classes are going ahead, as usual, this week. I hope to see you on the mat.

  • We all know we should have a good posture, stand straight, don't hunch, shoulders back and all that. After all bad posture is one of the biggest contributors to back pain. However most of us do have other things to do all day then to solely watch over our posture. One way to remember is to use a mindfulness trigger. I call a mindfulness trigger a regular situation during your day like making yourself some tea or brushing your teeth, which reminds you of doing something, like standing tall. One day it will become a habit and you don't even have to think about it. .

  • I love living by the seaside and especially when the sky looks like this. .

  • I hope you have been enjoying the lovely sunshine. We went on our first camping trip with the little one and he loved it. .
This hot weather can put a bit of pressure on our bodies as it tries to keep the temperature down. And so we will keep it simple and mindful this week. .

  • There is a certain kind of magic in early mornings. I can never really sleep when camping and I take that opportunity to enjoy the early morning view, fresh air and birds singing. .
