Do you have trouble sleeping?
Not getting enough sleep can have a tremendous impact on your physical and mental wellbeing.
This five week course will focus on gentle and calming postures. Postures will be mainly floor based. We will also explore some breathing exercises, which can be used to get you back to sleep when you have woken up in the middle of the night or can’t fall asleep in the first place. Finally there will be a relaxing and nourishing meditation.
As benefits are best seen with regular practise, I designed this as a five week course. The whole course is available for £40 for all 5 sessions. A drop in class is £10. Please message me at yoga.carolin@gmail. com if you have any questions.
Classes are suitable for all abilities including those who can’t touch their toes.
