I also offer 1:1 classes for those who prefer a private or bespoke session. These can be exactly tailored to suit your needs, such as a health concern or a sporting event you might be training for, or for those who feel less confident in attending a class and would prefer my full attention and assistance, to ensure a worthwhile yoga practice.
The first session will be slightly longer than an hour as we are going to talk about your experience and goals. From there we will go through a practise and if you would like I will give you ‘homework’.
